Nakaki Consulting (hereinafter referred to as "the Business") hereby provides the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to the handling of users' personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). Article 1 (Personal Information)

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
If the user's personal information in our possession is incorrect, the user may request that we correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Alteration") his/her personal information in accordance with the procedures established by the Business.
If deemed necessary by the Business, the Business will make the Alteration in response to a user's request of the relevant personal information without delay as described in the preceding paragraph.
If the Business makes any Alteration based on the preceding paragraphs, or if the Business decides not to make any Alteration, the user will be notified by the Business without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
If the Business is requested by an individual to stop using or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of use") his/her personal information on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use or that it has been obtained by wrongful means, the Business will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
If, based on the results of the investigation described in the preceding paragraph, the Business determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, the Business will suspend the use of the relevant personal information without delay.
When the use of personal information in accordance with the preceding paragraph, or when the Business decides not to suspend the use of personal information, the user will be notified of the decision without delay.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, the Business will take alternative measures when it is difficult to suspend the use of personal information due to the large amount of costs involved in such suspension or other reasons, and when such alternative measures are necessary to protect the rights and interests of users.
Article 9 (Changes to this Privacy Policy)
The contents of this Privacy Policy may be changed without prior notice to the user, except as otherwise provided in laws and regulations or in this Policy.
Unless otherwise specified by the Business, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
