Nakaki Consulting (hereinafter referred to as "the Business") hereby provides the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to the handling of users' personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). The following Privacy Policy is set forth below. 

Article 1 (Personal Information) 

Personal information refers to "personal information" as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and includes information about living individuals that can be used to identify specific individuals by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, and other descriptions, as well as data related to appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and health insurance card insured numbers. 

Article 2 (Method of Collecting Personal Information)  

The Business may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver's license number when a user registers for use.  
In addition, transaction records and payment information, including the user's personal information, between the user and our Partners (including information providers, advertisers, and advertisement distributors, etc.), hereinafter referred to as "Partners", will be used by our Partners to provide the user with the Service. 

Article 3 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information) 

The purposes for which the Business collects and uses personal information are as follows: 

  1. To provide and operate our Service. 
  2. To respond to inquiries from users (including identification). 
  3. To send users information on new features, updates, campaigns, among other things related to the Service, as well as information on other services provided by the Business. 
  4. To contact users as necessary for maintenance, important notices etc. 
  5. To identify users who violate the Terms of Use or who attempt to use the Service for illegal or unjust purposes, and consequently to refuse their use of the Service.

Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use) 

The Business will change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably recognized that the purpose of use is related to the purpose of use before the change. 

In the event of a change in the purpose of use, the Business will notify the user of the changed purpose or publicly announce it on this website in a manner prescribed by the Business.  

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties) 

1) The Business will not provide personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the user except in the following cases. However, this excludes cases permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations. 

- When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual. 

- When the provision of personal information is especially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual concerned. 

- When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either a national agency or local government to execute affairs prescribed by laws and regulations. 

- When the Business has notified or announced the following matters in advance and has notified the Personal Information Protection Commission: 

  1. The purpose of use includes provision to a third party 
  2. Items related to the provision of data to a third party 
  3. The means or method related to the provision to the third party 
  4. Cessation of provision of personal information to third parties at the request of the individual 
  5. The method of accepting the request of the person in question  

2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the party to which the information is provided shall not fall under the category of a third party in the following cases: 

- When the Business outsources all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. 

- When personal information is provided as a result of the succession of the Business due to a merger or other reasons 

- When personal information is to be used jointly with a specific person, and when the Business shall provide a statement to that effect, the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of the joint users, the purpose of use by the joint users, and the name of the joint users. 

- The purpose of use of the personal information and the name of the person responsible for the management of the personal information are notified to the person in advance, or are made readily accessible to the person in advance.  

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information) 

When the Business is requested to disclose personal information by the person in question, the Business will disclose such information to the person in question without delay. 

If the Business decides not to disclose the information, the Business will notify the person in questions to that effect without delay. A fee of 1.000,00 yen will be charged for each case of disclosure of personal information. 

However, the Business may decide not to disclose all or part of the information if disclosure would result in any of the following cases: 

  1. When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the customer or a third party. 
  2. If there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper conduct of this Business. 
  3. When it violates any other laws or regulations. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraphs, as a general rule, we will not disclose non-personal information, such as historical and characteristic related information. 

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information) 

If the user's personal information in our possession is incorrect, the user may request that we correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Alteration") his/her personal information in accordance with the procedures established by the Business.  

If deemed necessary by the Business, the Business will make the Alteration in response to a user's request of the relevant personal information without delay as described in the preceding paragraph. 

If the Business makes any Alteration based on the preceding paragraphs, or if the Business decides not to make any Alteration, the user will be notified by the Business without delay. 

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information) 

If the Business is requested by an individual to stop using or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of use") his/her personal information on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use or that it has been obtained by wrongful means, the Business will conduct the necessary investigation without delay. 

If, based on the results of the investigation described in the preceding paragraph, the Business determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, the Business will suspend the use of the relevant personal information without delay. 

When the use of personal information in accordance with the preceding paragraph, or when the Business decides not to suspend the use of personal information, the user will be notified of the decision without delay. 

Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, the Business will take alternative measures when it is difficult to suspend the use of personal information due to the large amount of costs involved in such suspension or other reasons, and when such alternative measures are necessary to protect the rights and interests of users. 

Article 9 (Changes to this Privacy Policy) 

The contents of this Privacy Policy may be changed without prior notice to the user, except as otherwise provided in laws and regulations or in this Policy. 

Unless otherwise specified by the Business, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
